Due to the current situation with the Covid-19 pandemic all items must be kept within the sealed packaging if a return is to be made. Seals cannot be broken as this will void any exchange or refund.
We have a no quibble exchange/return policy of 7 days from receipt of goods.Contact in writing (contact form) must be made prior to any exchange or refund.If you change your mind upon receipt of the goods and want to return goods/or item(s) this must be done within 7 working days from receipt. The goods must be returned unopened, in the same packaging as bought and must still be sellable. We cannot accept any goods returned without original packaging or damaged.
Returning tips If your item is unused, labels are still intact, it is in its original packaging and has not been not brushed, cut or had any contact with hair spray, perfume or cigarettes we can accept it back within 7 days. However, If the item doesn’t meet these criteria then this will invalidate any refund or exchange promise as it will be classed as used and will be returned to you at your own expense.
All elements of the packaging must be intact (net, outer bag, label, etc).
For your own protection all returned items should be sent by Recorded Delivery.
We will not reimburse your postage costs.
Your refund can take up to 10 days to appear in your account (please allow this time to pass before contacting us) All hair extensions must be returned unopened and attached to the packaging as bought as if detached from packaging card this will void your return/exchange.
Any returned item(s) will be subject to a 30% re-stocking/return fee (excluding initial outbound postage). If you wish to exchange a product please contact us via the contact form.
Original order is to be returned before any exchange will take place.
We will be happy to exchange product received within 7 days to the value of 100%
of initial product cost (excluding outbound postage). PLEASE NOTE Terms & Conditions for return/exchange only applies to online sales ONLY.
All Hair Extensions/wigs/hair pieces bought instore CANNOT be exchanged or returned as they fall under “on-premises contracts” and also for hygiene reasons.
You must take care of the goods whilst in your possession. It is advised that you ask for a receipt of postage when returning goods as we are unable to refund or exchange goods until we have possession within our premises.We will endeavour to make any refunds within 14 days of return of goods.
Made to measure or custom made extensions will not be exchanged/refunded
Any goods received after 7 days will not be viable for refund/exchange.
